  • Via the App: Go to Settings → Delete Profile → Confirm deletion → Click the link sent to your email
  • Via Web Browser: Log in → My Profile → Three bars menu → Delete Account → Confirm → Click the link sent to your email

After deletion, your account and personal data will be removed, except where retention is required by law.

16. Children's Privacy

SpinDate is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a child without authorization, we will delete it immediately. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us.

17. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. When we transfer data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:
